Join us for the ride! 🚀What you'll be in charge of:As a Senior Content Manager, you will be developing and executing our English content strategy for EU and US markets to enhance traffic and lead generation.You'll report directly to the CMO and collaborate with a talented team, contributing to our global expansion and brand positioning.Your key responsibilities will be:📌 Taking ownership of a content strategy focused on gaining visibility in the market, translated in numbers as brand awareness, and website traffic or leads generated.📌 Create helpful and engaging content for various digital platforms and different customer journey stages. Blogs, ad creatives, videos, podcasts, infographics, or e-books. Working hands-on, but also giving strategic directions.📌 Maximum use of existing content - recycling, repurposing. Building Behavio Content Machine.📌 Analyze content performance and adjust strategies based on data insights.📌 Close cooperation with marketing and research teams to align content with overall marketing goals. We are all one big team, working together towards a common goal.📌 Stay updated with content trends, digital marketing techniques, and industry best practices.What do we need from you:✔ Outstanding writing, editing, and communication skills in English. You hate clichés and the ChatGPT tone of voice. Your texts are warm, conversational, fun, easy-to read, straight to the point, and mainly: helpful.✔ Passion and drive for marketing and content creation.✔ B2B and SaaS industry experience would be great.✔ Proven experience in content creation and strategy. Where can we find what you were working on?✔ Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, and lead-generation tactics.✔ Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.What questions will you face daily:🤔 What is the most important thing to pass on to our potential customers? What is the best way to retell it? Will everyone understand the text right away?🤔 How to sell the Behavio brand? Is there an opportunity for us in the market? How could we use it? How to make Behavio more famous and popular?🤔 What kind of content should we prepare to attract the target audience of the Brand Tracking solution? And for Ad Testing?👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 And who'll be your main collaborators:Alongside , CMO, our marketing team features , a true multitasker primarily responsible for CZ content, social media, and graphics, , who specializes in analytics and PPC, and also 2 colleagues currently on maternity leave, , and , who helps us to a lesser extent with PR and the website.
