Join us for the ride! 🚀You will be responsible for:📌 Growing new business revenue and new customer acquisition (it's a sales role).📌 Managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing business.📌 Effectively working with your pipeline and keeping inflow of new leads steady. You'll be heavily supported in lead gen by our BDRs and by our marketing team.📌 Presenting our products to prospective clients and demonstrating the value of Behavio. No worries, the product market fit is strong and they love them.📌 Your key focus will be initially on the CZ market, where our brand presence is strong, and the sales cycle much shorter. Gradually, as we approach the ceiling of a local market, you'll refocus on the EU markets.📌 Working with the Head of Sales, CEO and Sales team to develop and iterate the sales strategy and processes.📌 Organizing everything in our CRM - Hubspot.📌 Closing $300k ARR revenue in the first 12 months.That's the role. Who are you?✔ An achiever, with a clear track record of smashing targets. Experienced in sales at a growth-stage B2B company, preferably with experience in SaaS, martech, advertising or media sales.✔ A natural communicator confident and eager to engage with the CEO and Head of Marketing roles.
