- Conduct email and phone sales activities to create and establish relationships with potential prospects.
- In charge of lead generation, qualification, and appointment setting.
- Utilize the in-house CRM system and other tools to generate and effectively manage a pipeline of leads.
- Drives sales efforts and initiatives, and implements sales and marketing plans provided by the sales team.
- Provides excellent customer satisfaction to existing and potential clients.

- Studies: High School Degree is required. Having a Bachelor's degree is not required but is a plus, desirable studies in International Business, Business Administration, Foreign Trade, Finances, Logistics or any other career-related.
- Experience: Experience in Logistics is required. At least 6 months of experience in sales, cold calling, lead generation, logistics or related. Must have a book of business and sales experience.
- Language: Advanced English skills. B2.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. We work by the American calendar.
- Contract: Indefinite term contract + Benefits.
- Places: Medellín, Barranquilla or Bogotá. This position will be hybrid two days from home and three days at WeWork.
- Salary: 3.800.000 - 4.500.000 COP depending on requirements.
