Financial Controller - home office up to 3 days a week

• Maintain operative controlling tool box (budget and financial forecasting, reporting, client P&L, pricing/costing calculations, …).
• Prepare financial presentations and analysis for local management and make recommendations for improvements.
• Work closely with the accounting team and management to ensure accurate reporting.
• Participate in different projects across the organization.

• 5 weeks of vacation
• up to 15.000 CZK per year for pension insurance or free time activities (combination possible)

• home office up to 3 days per week and pleasing environment in our renovated office in Pilsen
• language courses and other trainings

• Previous experience in Accounting or Controlling is preferred.
• A highly motivated graduate from economic university with previous internships in accounting / Controlling are welcome to apply as well.
• Strong analytical skills and advanced knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel).
• Self-starter with excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, flexible and adaptable approach to work.
• Very good level of English, as reporting line is to Austria.
• Both full-time and part-time are possible, the minimum is 4 - 5 hours per day.
