- Acquisition and development of new clients, researching the business opportunities, active prospection (cold calls, emails, social selling, meetings).
- Growing and managing a team of consultants at your customers (internal and externals).
- Regular follow up meetings with your clients to ensure excellent customer service.
- Close collaboration with the recruitment team to deliver proper skills and profiles to our customers.
- Negotiation of business terms and conditions with procurement & legal departments.
- Establishment and maintenance of relationships with key decision-makers.
- Identifying cross-selling opportunities to ensure the growth of Devoteam pillars.
- Taking part both in local or global tenders, taking part in proposals and calculation.
- Reporting and other administrative tasks.
- University education
- Great communication and presentation skills.
- Goal oriented, self-motivated, driven with proactive approach.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability and maturity.
- Advanced Czech and English is a must. German language is an advantage.
- Experience with providing of IT consultants or contractors to customers.
- Previous experience in recruitment agency.
- IT background and ability to identify customers needs for IT specialists and solutions.
