- Take specific responsibility for all areas of brand management, starting with general business management, through communication planning and trade marketing on specific categories.
- Design strategic interventions on retailer marketing based on the in-depth analysis of a wide set of data, including sales, shares, consumer insights, media efficiency, competitive activities, etc.
- Lead new campaign development, follow it through end to end, evaluate them based on KPIs and recommend how we should improve
- Coordinate the work of the multi-functional team, including internal and external partners such as media and creative agencies and you will be working with an international team based across countries in Central Europe
- Demonstrate consumer & shopper understanding, gathering insights from key decision-makers and develop plans to meet identified needs.
- Pioneer innovative digital solutions in the area of communication and commerce for a brand or full portfolio.

- Previous Brand Management experience.
- Passion for digital and e-commerce space management and continuous learning.
- Media and brand management understanding.
- Strong consumer understanding and experience in portfolio and activation management.
- Strong leadership, innovation and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and negotiating skills.
- Advanced MS Office skills (xls analytics).
- Proficiency in English and Czech.
- Bachelor's Degree or higher.
- Power BI.
- Experience in digital and e-commerce space for FMCG categories.
- Brand management of portfolio/regional roles within FMCG industry.
