Our brand teams are currently rapidly growing, and we have a new exciting opportunity to lead Czech and Slovakia Customer and Channel Marketing.We are looking for motivated and commercially aware Brand Manager with strong shopper, retailer and digital expertise to join P&G brand function. In P&G Brand Management you will lead multifunctional teams (including finance, sales and product supply) to develop and implement winning growth strategies in order to accelerate our business across markets in Central Europe.Are you ready for the challenge? “Do something that matters”.At P&G, Day 1 starts with you making an impact on the world, P&G brands, and your career.With us you will:
  • Take specific responsibility for all areas of brand management, starting with general business management, through communication planning and trade marketing on specific categories.
  • Design strategic interventions on retailer marketing based on the in-depth analysis of a wide set of data, including sales, shares, consumer insights, media efficiency, competitive activities, etc.
  • Lead new campaign development, follow it through end to end, evaluate them based on KPIs and recommend how we should improve
  • Coordinate the work of the multi-functional team, including internal and external partners such as media and creative agencies and you will be working with an international team based across countries in Central Europe
  • Demonstrate consumer & shopper understanding, gathering insights from key decision-makers and develop plans to meet identified needs.
  • Pioneer innovative digital solutions in the area of communication and commerce for a brand or full portfolio.

Job QualificationsApply if you have:
  • Previous Brand Management experience.
  • Passion for digital and e-commerce space management and continuous learning.
  • Media and brand management understanding.
  • Strong consumer understanding and experience in portfolio and activation management.
  • Strong leadership, innovation and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and negotiating skills.
  • Advanced MS Office skills (xls analytics).
  • Proficiency in English and Czech.
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher.
Advantage:
  • Power BI.
  • Experience in digital and e-commerce space for FMCG categories.
  • Brand management of portfolio/regional roles within FMCG industry.
