An international company is looking for a new employee for Helpdesk support role with German language! You would work as a 1st Level of technical support - you would be the first point of contact for German-speaking employees of the company for IT related issues. Do not worry, when you cannot resolve the issues, you may escalate the trouble to your colleagues in 2nd Level of technical support.Helpdesk support role may include:
  • Troubleshooting in 1st level - managing the Service Desk queue of user incidents, requests, and queries efficiently
  • Communication via ticketing system (email and phone) with the company employees
  • Escalating incidents or requests to Service Desk team or Country Operations Manager when required.
  • Regular communication with other Service Desk team members and IT teams.
We are looking for:
  • Advanced German (C1+)
  • Fluent English (B2+)
  • Good communication skills
  • Experience in a technical support role or IT support skills gained outside of work
  • General knowledge of at least some of the following: Windows 10, Citrix, Active Directory, Microsoft Office and desktop
