- Troubleshooting in 1st level - managing the Service Desk queue of user incidents, requests, and queries efficiently
- Communication via ticketing system (email and phone) with the company employees
- Escalating incidents or requests to Service Desk team or Country Operations Manager when required.
- Regular communication with other Service Desk team members and IT teams.
- Advanced German (C1+)
- Fluent English (B2+)
- Good communication skills
- Experience in a technical support role or IT support skills gained outside of work
- General knowledge of at least some of the following: Windows 10, Citrix, Active Directory, Microsoft Office and desktop
