Your role In this role, you will take day-to-day responsibility for the Customer Service and Customer Account Executive teams.You will help delivering a high-performance culture, that is aligned to both strategic and revenue-generating initiatives, whilst delivering a first-class service to both internal and external customers.What you'll be doingYou will be a part of our international Customer Service Team, based in Prague, and support our B2B customers from the Netherlands and Belgium.If you are talkative, well-organized, proactive, and don't have a problem with handling customers on the phone line, then we are looking for you!Your responsibilities will include:

Providing complete customer service to our B2B clients: working on the passive customer service phone line and e-mail communication with customers
Communication primarily with customers from the Netherlands and Belgium.
Entering new contracts in the database and updates
Dealing with requests and complaints of clients

What do you need to succeed:

Fluency in Dutch - both written and oral forms. You need to be able to seamlessly communicate with our clients on the phone, and compose grammatically correct emails.
Reside and be eligible to work from Prague, Czech Republic
English at the advanced level (necessary for the internal team communication, and communication with a small amount of English-speaking customers)
Good communication skills, assertiveness
Independence and thoroughness
Attention to details
Resistance to stress

This will give you an advantage:

Previous experience in Customer service, or other customer-facing positions.
Previous experience working in administrative positions
Previous experience working with database systems
