Our client is an industry leading manufacturer business looking to appoint a Customer Service Advisor. The successful Customer Service Advisor will be dealing with customers daily via the phone and email. You will be the central point of contact to process and follow up on orders and take inbound queries. It is important you have prior experience in customer service and or sales office. It would be useful but not essential if you have previously worked for a manufacturing or engineering focused.Customer Service Advisor / Customer Support / Customer Service / Sales AdminRoles and Responsibilities:*Prior experience in dealing with customers via telephone and email.*Excellent communication skills*Excellent phone manner
*Experience of working with Excel spreadsheets
*High level of communication skills, both to internal and external stakeholders.
*A confident personality as you will be speaking to new people, internally and externally, on a daily basis
