Being responsible for processing RFQs in the areas of air and sea freight,
Review and completion of RFQ with analyse of tender requirements,
Analyse Tenders received, reviewing volume potential and trades involved.
Continuous process improvement of internal tender process.
Close cooperation and exchange with operation department with tender implementation process.
Ensure that operational terms and requirements are reviewed,aligned and countred within internal organization.

General Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degre,
With minimum 1-2 years work experience in logistics/similar position/background,
Proficient & Fluent in Englis,
Strong Knowledge and advance level of databased management, especially Microsoft Excel and Power Point,
Strong conceptual thinking with detailed oriented approach,
Analytical,structured,accurate and efficient working style,
Communicative team player with a global mindse,
Customer, product and market knowledge,
Ability to adhere to deadlines.
