- Being responsible for processing RFQs in the areas of air and sea freight,
- Review and completion of RFQ with analyse of tender requirements,
- Analyse Tenders received, reviewing volume potential and trades involved.
- Continuous process improvement of internal tender process.
- Close cooperation and exchange with operation department with tender implementation process.
- Ensure that operational terms and requirements are reviewed,aligned and countred within internal organization.
- Bachelor’s degre,
- With minimum 1-2 years work experience in logistics/similar position/background,
- Proficient & Fluent in Englis,
- Strong Knowledge and advance level of databased management, especially Microsoft Excel and Power Point,
- Strong conceptual thinking with detailed oriented approach,
- Analytical,structured,accurate and efficient working style,
- Communicative team player with a global mindse,
- Customer, product and market knowledge,
- Ability to adhere to deadlines.
