- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Actively seek new business opportunities by engaging with prospective clients understanding their specific needs, and offering relevant solutions.
- Conduct presentations and product demos to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Provide feedback to the management team on market trends, customer needs, and product enhancements
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- You have at least 7 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS or technology-related fields, in the Australian mid-market and/or SMB segments.
- You have solid relationship-building skills with decision makers including CTOs, CIOs, CISOs, etc.
- Proven sales success with SaaS and IT management solutions. Previous experience with ITSM/ITAM/SAM and/or Security, Governance, and Compliance solutions is a plus.
- You have a good understanding of the MSP (Managed Service Provider) and SI (System Integrator) ecosystem that supports SMB and mid-market end customers.
- You have demonstrated a proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- You are highly goal-driven, a hustler, who can adapt to changing business scenarios and thrive in result-driven environments.
- Prior experience growing 0 to 1, and building sales from scratch is advantageous
