- Manage the technical aspects of up to 15 projects, many with a global scope. Develop and manage plans across all projects to deliver consistent, effective, and efficient solutions. Collaborate with HR PMO, HR Analytics, HR Change Management, and IS&T to align and deliver the HRIS vision. (20%)
- Build and maintain functional relationships with key HR peers and stakeholders, including the global team. Influence internal leaders and managers to align on best practices for system use and related business processes. Manage a governance model to ensure successful processes. (20%)
- Handle vendor management, including contract management against defined SLAs. Currently manage more than 20 technical vendor relationships, ensuring a consistent and well-planned approach to vendor interactions, maintenance timing, contract renewals, and system functionality evolution. (20%)
- Lead a department of 3 exempt technical staff responsible for HRIS administration, project management, and system evolution. (20%)
- Expert-level experience with enterprise HRIS software (SuccessFactors, Workday, Cornerstone on Demand, iCIMS).
- Experience with HCM system implementation.
- Highly skilled in project management with full technical project life cycle experience.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to drive delivery.
- Excellent people management skills, with demonstrated success in managing technical teams, preferably remotely.
- Proven success in vendor management.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 0-5 years of management experience.
- 3 years of functional experience.
