Role: Business Analyst (Finance) with strong accounting background. This is a permanent position with a top tier MNC in Insurance based in Singapore.Responsibilities:

Partner with project managers and finance stakeholders to gather and document project accounting requirements.
Analyze project lifecycles and identify opportunities for improvement in project budgeting, costing, billing, and revenue recognition.
Configure and customize Oracle Project Accounting modules (or relevant Oracle ERP modules) to align with business needs.
Develop and maintain comprehensive user documentation and training materials for project accounting processes.
Collaborate with IT teams to ensure successful implementation, testing, and ongoing support of project accounting solutions.

Responsibilities:

GL, AR, AP, AM Accounting Process knowledge and oversight

Qualifications:

Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on project accounting.
In-depth knowledge of project accounting principles, including budgeting, costing, billing, and revenue recognition.
Proven experience with Oracle Project Accounting modules (or relevant Oracle ERP modules) is a strong plus.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
