- Analyze competitive commercial intelligence from internal and external sources, aligning findings with the addressable market to provide actionable recommendations for business development and growth.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the company's digital sales tool, ensuring its optimization to capitalize on spare sales opportunities.
- Execute various commercial analyses, including profitability, market share, pricing benchmarks, and market trends studies, to inform strategic decision-making.
- Develop mid- and long-term financial business plans and monitor the performance of annual sales budgets, providing insights for updates as necessary.
- Prepare and maintain business plans for commercial proposals, contract negotiations, and investment decisions.
- Support the sales team with commercial initiatives and sales campaigns, including RFQ response preparation and submission.
- Establish and manage annual pricing and price database, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.
- Maintain access control lists for customer and internal users on the digital service platform, adhering to business rules.
- Manage, update, and publish online spares and pricing catalogues to the digital sales tool.
- Act as the key user for the online sales tool and other digital service platform modules, ensuring compliance with business rules.
- Perform any other tasks as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Engineering, Data Science, International Business, Finance, or related field.
- Proven professional experience in business planning, development, analytics, or equivalent, preferably in the aerospace industry.
- Excellent proficiency in digital tools, including ERP and CRM applications (e.g., MS Office, Power BI, MS Dynamics).
- Strong understanding of analytical models and methodologies, with proficiency in logical, mathematical, financial, and reporting functions.
- Ability to manage, interpret, and analyze large volumes of data with a thorough understanding of business processes.
- Resourceful and self-driven with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Solution-oriented with a strategic and tactical mindset, capable of conceptual and target-driven work.
