- Implement and monitor our HR strategies and procedures;
- Support the recruitment and hiring process for both white- as blue collar employees;
- Prepare the monthly payroll submissions at pre-set dates;
- Use various HR systems to update employee information (e.g. leave time, sick time available etc);
- Organise the training for all employees about the common HR issues/topics;
- Manage and monitor the annual training plan as per local legislation;
- Document HR metrics and report to senior management to support strategic decisions;
- Function as the EHS Manager and preside the monthly EHS Committee;
- Mediate any employee/manager disagreements;
- Fulfil the annual obligations for the statutory accounts;
- Implement a "Cafeteria plan" to make our company more attractive to new talent and retain our current workforce;
- Liaise with our German HQ on all companywide projects/processes.
- A proven track record of managing human resources at an SMB with both blue- and white collar employees;
- Ideally + 10 year(s) of experience in HR management;
- Strong knowledge of HR metrics, systems, and databases. Experience with the SDWorx platform is a plus;
- Up-to-date knowledge of labour law and regulations;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in FR/NL/ENG language;
- Degree in Human Resources or relevant fields.
