Job Description We are looking for a Senior Sourcing Manager in the Sourcing Department to join our team. The successful candidate will excel in sourcing management, staffing strategic management, direct communications with internal and external clients, and tactics planning. Will collaborate closely with sales, delivery, sourcing, and recruiting teams to ensure the right people are assigned to the appropriate roles. Responsibilities: Analyze and formulate talent requirements for the team extension opportunities Prepare team extension proposals and statements of works Direct communications with clients to develop sourcing relations Coordinate and follow up with the sales (including presales, solution architects, and account managers), sourcing, and recruiting representatives to ensure execution of the sales resource demand Active involvement in Hiring Management Preparation or coordination of necessary information, documentation, presentations, etc., adapted to the needs of potential partners/clients Helping sourcing with profile generation and preparation of the candidates for the client interviews Qualifications 5+ experience in outsourcing management 2+ experience in IT industry Excellent communication and negotiation skills, and ability to find solutions Proficiency in relations management Understanding the IT industry is necessary Good to have expertise in staffing policies, procedures, people management, and stakeholder management Proven problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to analyze issues and implement effective solutions Prior experience in working with partners and third-party providers of resources is preferred Previous experience in Recruiting or Sourcing is a plus We offer: Culture of Relentless Performance: join an unstoppable technology development team with a 99% project success rate and more than 30% year-over-year revenue growth.
