Roles & Responsibilities:- Ensuring Attendance Punching system. Compliance of Wages/ Salary, earnings, deductions etc. Determining payroll liabilities and payments Resolving payroll discrepancies Maintaining payroll operations Also helping the team in other HR related activities. Looking after Statutory deductions PF, ESI, LWF etc. Full & Final Settlements Knowledge of Computer Word, EXCEL and Internet Required Profile:- Should be manage the payroll of around 300-500 employees. Should be at least graduate in education. Required - 2.4 Years of experience in factory especially manpower handling. Should be good in communication skills
