Role Description This is a full-time role as an Operations Supervisor at our park in Bhatinda. The Operations Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the park, ensuring that all attractions are running smoothly and safely. This role involves supervising a team of staff members, managing operations and resources, and maintaining a high level of guest satisfaction. Qualifications Supervisory Skills and Operations Management Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment Prior experience in operations or a similar role Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours.
