Engage Clients:
Reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, and meetings.Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide property details.
Present Properties:
Showcase properties on site as well as use virtual tours, photos, and brochures.Highlight property features and benefits to attract buyers.
Facilitate Sales Process:
Guide clients from interest to property viewing and negotiation.Coordinate viewings and assist in contract completion.
Stay Informed:
Keep updated on market trends and competitor offerings.Conduct market analysis to set appropriate pricing strategies.
Manage Documentation:
Assist clients with paperwork and ensure compliance with regulations.Handle legal and administrative aspects of transactions.
