Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a PGT Biology at The Renaissance School. The PGT Biology will be responsible for conducting day-to-day tasks related to teaching biology, including creating and delivering engaging lessons, supervising laboratory activities, conducting research, and incorporating innovative teaching methods. The PGT Biology will also be responsible for assessing student progress, providing guidance and support, and collaborating with colleagues. Qualifications Strong communication skills Proven laboratory skills Experience in conducting research Expertise in Biology and Microbiology Knowledge of current teaching methodologies Ability to create a safe and inclusive learning environment Effective classroom management skills Strong organizational and time management skills Master's degree in Biology or related field Previous teaching experience at the high school or college level is preferred
