The Role We're searching for a Senior UX Designer with 4-5 years of professional experience to lead the evolution of EverBee's user experience, crafting intuitive interfaces and seamless interactions that empower e-commerce sellers to thrive. This role is pivotal in translating complex data and analytics into accessible and engaging user journeys, fostering a connection between EverBee's innovative features and the vibrant community it serves. Key responsibilities User-Centered Research: Lead in-depth user research and conduct interviews with EverBee's existing users to unearth their pain points and needs. Leverage these insights to identify and prioritize areas for user experience enhancements, ensuring our solutions resonate deeply with our users' expectations and also have experience working on greenfield products from scratch. Strategic UX Design: Draw on high-quality, innovative design inspirations to develop world-class user experiences. Conceptualize and implement user flows that not only captivate but also significantly enhance the ease and enjoyment of our users' journey through our platform. Collaborative Design Leadership: Guide and inspire EverBee's UI design team, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence. Collaborate closely with product managers, engineering and growth teams to ensure a cohesive and impactful user experience. Innovation and Improvement: Stay at the forefront of UX trends, best practices, and emerging technologies such as AI. Continually seek opportunities to elevate EverBee's platform, ensuring it remains a leader in empowering Etsy sellers. What we re looking for Proven UX Expertise: At least 4-5 years of demonstrable experience in user-centered (UX) design, responsive design, mobile first design, and web standards., with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in user research, creating empathetic user flows, and leading high-impact design projects. Experience in the e-commerce or analytics space is highly advantageous. Inspirational Design Thinker: An exceptional ability to derive high-quality, innovative design inspirations and translate them into user experiences that set new standards in the industry. User Research Acumen: Adept at conducting in-depth user research and interviews, with the ability to translate user feedback and insights into actionable design improvements.
