Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Manager at KJS Jewellers Private Limited in Salem. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training and development, policy implementation, and legal compliance. The HR Manager will also collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives to support the overall business objectives. Qualifications Proven work experience as an HR Manager or similar role Knowledge of HR functions, best practices, and legal regulations Experience in full-cycle recruitment and onboarding processes Strong interpersonal and communication skills Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Proficiency in HRIS and other HR software Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
