Develop and execute innovative brand marketing strategies across online and offline channels to boost brand awareness and engagement.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns on various platforms including social media, search engines, and email marketing.
Identify and engage with Key Opinion Consumers (KOCs), Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and influencers for live streaming events, offline promotions, and marketing initiatives.
Cultivate relationships with influencers and partners, including TikTok creators, to enhance brand presence and visibility.
Assist in planning and executing offline events, product launches, and promotional campaigns to drive customer engagement and sales.
Stay updated with industry trends and insights to inform marketing strategies.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in brand marketing, with a strong focus on digital marketing.
Proven track record in developing and implementing successful online and offline marketing campaigns.
Solid understanding of digital marketing tactics including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing.
Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building influencer and partner relationships.
Data-driven approach with proficiency in analyzing marketing performance metrics.
Fluency in Vietnamese and English for effective communication.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills & Experiences:

Prior experience at Loreal Vietnam or TDIC is highly valued.
