Job Description:We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Leasing Manager to create and develop new business opportunities in the Office & Commercial leasing sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for efficiently managing leasing and sales transactions, responding to client inquiries, providing market advice, and maintaining an updated database of properties and tenants.Location: HCMC, VietnamResponsibilities:
  • Identify New Business Opportunities: Proactively seek out and create new leasing business opportunities within the Industrial & Commercial sector to expand the company's portfolio.
  • Manage Leasing and Sales Transactions: Efficiently and professionally handle leasing and sales transactions from start to finish, ensuring smooth and successful outcomes for both clients and the company.
  • Client Engagement: Respond to all client inquiries promptly and professionally, providing accurate information, submitting listings, and offering market advice tailored to their needs.
  • Property Inspections: Arrange and accompany clients on property inspections, highlighting key features and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
  • Database Management: Continuously update and expand the client contacts management system by inputting relevant information about properties and tenants, ensuring accuracy and completeness of the database.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business or a related field.
  • Proven experience in leasing and sales transactions within the Office & Commercial sector, demonstrating a track record of successful deals and client satisfaction.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage with clients in a professional manner and provide market advice effectively.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in using client contacts management systems and databases to maintain accurate records and track leasing activities.
  • A proactive and self-motivated attitude, with a passion for driving business growth and achieving results in a competitive market environment.
