- Tasks - Activities - Responsibilities
- Receive information from sales to deploy in-house and public training classes
- Contact customers and finalize training schedule
- Arrange trainers to conduct training
- Book training class on the software system
- Prepare materials and logistics for classrooms and trainers
- Update the training schedule to the training monitoring file
- Invoice and collect training fee
- Notify training results and send certificates to trainees
- Perform other tasks assigned by superiors
- Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in English, Business Admin or Technical major
- At least 1 year working experience as Customer Service/ Admin/ Secretary position or relevant
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of character
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Good command of English
