- Contractor Pre-Registration – Enable contractors to upload company and personal details ahead of their arrival
- Contractor Dashboard – Contractor managers and hosts can pre-book and review dashboard from any internet-enabled device.
- Notifications & Automation – Automate any repeat processes such as yearly contractor inductions, and get notified of sign in’s and key updates.
- Contractor Induction System – Provide contractor induction and test before arrival on site, or via AFAG Contractor Tablet App.
- Company Approval – Approve all company insurance, induction dates, work competencies.
- Contractor Document Management – Upload and approve all contractor documents for electronic filing.
- Contractor Sign-In App – Sign in all contractors upon arrival via the AFAG contractor app.
- Contractor Badges & ID – Custom Photo ID and contractor pass system.
- Tailored Data Collection – create custom data fields (e.g. collecting clothes sizes for PPE).
- Full Reporting – Custom reports on all data collected.
- Roll Call – Real-time list of all people signed in on-site with link to Fire alarm system available.
- Acting as the primary point of contact and delivering excellent service standards and advice to clients for their enquiries, complaints, and other service-related issues.
- Developing account plans to enhance service delivery.
- Developing strong internal relationships to optimise service delivery and ensure all practices are in line with internal guidelines and statutory requirements.
- Managing the full spectrum of financial accounting and reporting.
- Driving accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end closing.
- Overseeing monthly closing and managing monthly reporting & analysis.
- Consolidation of group entities.
- Ensuring compliance with all legislative tax and financial reporting requirements.
- Liaising with internal and external auditors.
- Managing banking relationships, cash management and other treasury related activities.
- You have at least 20 years experience within a Account Manager or Finance Manager role, ideally within the the Accounting Industry, Asset Management and Real Estate industry.
