Record and monitor employee attendance including clock in and clock out, breaks and leaves. Monitor the schedules of the employees. Verified timekeeping records and report any discrepancies with employees in the Human Resources Ensure accurately and timely recording of timekeeping data manual and electronic systems. Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures and labor regulations. Process request of leaves and update timekeeping accordingly. Generate reports on employee attendance, overtime hours and leave balances as management requires. Analyze timekeeping data to identify trends, patterns and areas of improvement.
