- Serves as a subject matter expert on Benefits Administration and provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and programs related to benefits.
- Process a variety of HR transactions in HR systems, ensuring compliance and integrity throughout the system.
- Provide reporting and analysis support, audit, and compliance support
- Provide escalated support for HRBPs regarding business specific policy and process question
- Address and resolve complex employee issues and conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or equivalent
- Strong knowledge in benefits, compensation, and payroll processes
- Two (2) years’ experience in Human Resources
- With at least 1 year working experience in HR Total Rewards or Compensation and Benefits including Administration, Payroll Processing, and Reconciliation
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, policies, and best practices
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite especially Excel, Word and Powerpoint and other tools that help eliminate manual steps from HR processes by automating and integrating to ensure greater operational efficiency.
- Familiarity with HR systems and proficiency in using MyHR.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and handle multiple priorities.
