Develops and implements HR strategies in accordance with the CEO's business strategies. Recruits, onboards & trains new hires. Tracks performance, KPI's and needs of all team members. Prepares all contracts including interns, freelancers, and employees. Maintains human resource records by maintaining applications, r sum s, and applicant logs. Keep HRIS Software Updated For all employee records Advises management in appropriate resolution of employee relation concerns Keeps the employees aware of the changes, improvements and other important announcements and management direction through issuance of memo and other communications channels. Offering strategic administrative and project management aid to the CEO. Handling emails and calendars efficiently. Organizing both internal and external meetings. Drafting and overseeing various communications for the CEO. Arranging eSignature documents and ensuring their proper completion. Initiating and finalizing orders and purchases. Arranging travel, and accommodations, and diligently managing expenses. Plus, seeking out great deals is a bonus! Keep an organised calendar of All Important HR Related Schedules & Administrative support schedules for the company & CEO. Qualifications: Honesty, Integrity, Flexibility, and Confidence Strong Knowledge of Local Labor Law Strong Leadership, Decision Making, and Interpersonal Skills Excellent communication skills and reporting skills Strong Negotiation Skills Strong sense of urgency Ability to multitask Highly Organized & Proactive Solution-Oriented Mindset Proficient in dealing with people in different situations Coaching and People Capability Development KPI's Employee Productivity: Track the overall effectiveness of your workforce Talent Rating: Assess the quality of your employees Training Costs: Analyze the investments in your employees CEO Support Satisfaction: Anticipating Needs, Keeping Important Files Organised, Clear Communication and Efficient Calendar Management This job is for you if you: Have a Positive attitude and ability to adjust in a changing environment Have integrity and always do what you say you will do Understand Results matter more than Activity Are coachable and open to learning Genuinely Care For Your People & Team Have thick skin and not are afraid to deliver results Experience in administrative support, assisting executives. Previous work with executives in fast-growing settings, preferably in SaaS or consulting/agency fields. Strong skills in Google G-Suite Apps. Great written and spoken English skills. Willingness to work on weekends when necessary to support business needs. Willingness to work flexible hours, including day or night shifts as required.
