Position/Job Title : ENGINEERING & SERVICE MANAGER (CEBU-BASED) Job Summary Responsible for the overall operations of the Engineering Department in Cebu branch office Qualifications Engineering Graduate, preferably a licensed Mechanical Engineer. With at least 10 years managerial experience in HVAC, general equipment maintenance, and warranty management. Knowledgeable in kitchen, laundry equipment, & air-conditioning. With at least five (5) years' customer service experience as a Manager. With experience in after sales service, parts sales, managing targets, contract negotiation, inventory forecasting, and accounts receivable management. Recruits and assigns enough qualified personnel to adequately cover customer service. High proficiency in MS Office especially in MS Excel. Duties And Responsibilities Organizes, plans and coordinates all after sales activities of the department. Maintains close liaison with customers and suppliers. Prepares summary of parts sales forecasts for the division. Negotiates service contracts. Updates management on the progress of escalated service activities and acquires. Prepares and/or reviews costing and selling prices to maximize contribution and win biddings. Manages the credit and collection activities of the department. Ensures that Ars are paid. Recruits and assigns enough qualified personnel to adequately cover customer service. Works hand in hand with customer's installation and maintenance engineers until every major. Provides the necessary personality in closing or finalizing sales negotiations and contracts.
