Junior Payroll Accountant

• Download time and attendance reports from client systems.
• Input and verify payroll data accurately and efficiently.
• Upload payroll information to designated payroll software (ADP Run, ADP Workforcenow, or Paychex Flex).
• Assist in preparing payroll journal entries and reconciling payroll accounts.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of payroll information.
• Respond to client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
• Assist in other payroll-related tasks and projects as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is a plus.
• Basic understanding of payroll principles and processes is preferred.
• Familiarity with ADP software is advantageous; willingness to learn and adapt to new systems is essential.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Willing to adapt to a non-traditional work shift to overlap with the US side work hours – from 2 pm to 11 pm Mon to Fri or 5am to 2pm, Tue to Sat.
• Applicant must be willing to work onsite on 2nd floor, AD Taccad Building, Enrile Boulevard, Carig Sur, Tuguegarao City, Cagayan.
