Job Description: * Develop and implement global human resource policies, procedures and programs that are aligned with the organization's mission, vision and core values * Create and manage job descriptions, compensation and benefit plans, performance management systems, and training and development programs * Lead the recruitment, selection, on boarding, and placement process for new hires * Ensure compliance with national and international employment laws and regulations * Develop and manage global mobility programs and international assignments Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree * Previous experience in crafting HR policies and Global HR operations or combination of related experience * Strong communication skills in English * Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills * Ability to influence others and adapt to change * Willing to work in Makati (hybrid)
