Job Title: IT Support System Administrator Role Description: Be a system administration expert for Microsoft 365 (Office Apps, Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Intune, Security, Purview), ensuring peak performance and availability. Play a key role in planning and execution of upcoming migration projects. Master Okta administration to manage user identities, access controls, application tiles, SCIM, and secure authentication. Become a FreshService expert, creating and updating catalog items, crafting workflows, setting automations, managing asset lifecycles, and handling other essential ITSM tasks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new integrations and automations within our key platforms and troubleshoot complex technical issues. Partner with HR to seamlessly onboard new employees by ensuring their laptops are delivered and ready for use upon arrival and facilitating a smooth technology setup process. Deliver outstanding customer service by promptly addressing enquiries through Freshservice, chat (Teams), and remote sessions (TeamViewer) as needed. Thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapt to shifting priorities, and embrace new challenges. Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures for relevant IT systems and processes. Participate in a weekend on-call rotation to provide essential support and ensure prompt resolution of critical issues. Essential Skills: 7+ years of experience in enterprise IT 5+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 Advance Administration. Any 3 of the following 4 skills, in order of preference: - 5+ years of experience with Okta, AzureAD, or similar IdP solution - 3+ years of experience with Intune and Jamf administration - 3+ years of experience in ITSM System Administration using FreshService, ServiceNow, Jira Service Management - 3+ years of experience with onboarding and offboarding automation. 1+ years of experience working in an environment that follows strict change control and access control practices for compliance. Expert-level skills in designing, developing, and deploying integration services and APIs. Excellent problem-solving skills with a passion for conducting in-depth research to find solutions. Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users effectively. Working Hours: Night Shift, Tuesday - Saturday (12AM - 9AM) Package and Benefits: Highly competitive salary + benefits including HMO with 2 free dependents.
