  • Strong communication skills are essential in effectively guiding employees through their learning journey.
  • Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
  • Be the master user of the HCM Oracle HR system and work closely with Corporate people system team to fix system issues in related to performance management and learning modules
  • Assist in the performance management process including system kick-off, data analysis, track completion rate of all countries and prepare analysis reports
  • Take full responsibility for courseware management at HCM Oracle system, including creating courseware by using SCORM, course enrolment, generating training reports and producing analysis
  • Provide full logistic support to all learning initiatives from start to end, including connecting with trainers, preparing promotional articles, organizing webinars and classroom-based training, generating training feedback reports
  • Assist in organize-wide diversity and engagement events by organizing the events, partnering with different internal or external stakeholders on all logistics supports
  • Proactively reach out to country HRs and internal trainers to gather data and inputs
  • Assist the process and logistics of different key learning initiatives including Graduate Engineer Program and mentoring program
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Good learning agility and a strong willingness to learn
  • Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
  • Strong IT skills, ability to use SCORM or other software to create learning coursewares
  • Strong ethics and reliability
  • Perform any ad hoc duties/projects as required.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience, preferably with 3 years of Talent & Development
  • Maintaining relationships with vendors and consultants
  • Able to embrace and learn new skillset including have a clear understanding of the performance management process flows and course setup in Oracle HCM HR system
  • Data sensitive and be able to generate insights from mass data
  • Good organization skills and time management skills and able to follow expected timeline
  • Eager and dedicate to produce quality outputs
  • Support the process implementation of various learning methods companywide (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing, online training)
  • Support converting training material into e-learning modules by using sofrware e.g. articulate 360
