- With at least 2-3 years of experience as an IT Project Coordinator
- Experience with Managed Engine software in any capacity - Mandatory Skills
- Excellent communications skills and vendor-management
- Experience provisioning telco circuits or new site location
- Experience in project management documentation and implementing processes mandatory
- Project coordination experience is highly preferred, but IT Service Desk experience with telco can be considered.
- Good competency with MS Office Suite
- Project management certification (PMP, Prince2, etc.) is a plus
- Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors across IT, Facilities Team, Property Team and Infrastructure to gather project requirements, deliverables, and timelines. Ensure clear communication and alignment on project objectives.
- Documentation and Reporting: Use Managed Engine ticketing to maintain and update project documentation, schedules, and status reports. Keep stakeholders informed about project progress and milestones.
- Resource Allocation: Assist in the identification and allocation of project resources, including team members, equipment, and budgetary considerations.
- Monitoring and Issue Escalation: Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and escalate any issues to the Project Stakeholders for resolution. Proactively address challenges to keep projects on track.
- Commissioning and Decommissioning: Coordinate the commissioning and decommissioning of network infrastructure for new office locations and any additional requirements as needed. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and plan deployments.
- Circuit Monitoring: Monitor network circuits to ensure optimal performance, identify and resolve connectivity issues, and minimize downtime. Proactively detect and escalate network anomalies and outages with vendors and service providers.
