- Infrastructure Management
- Manage and maintain all aspects of the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, applications, cloud services, and storage systems.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure maximum uptime and efficiency.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary upgrades or changes.
- Technical Support
- Provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing updates, and resolving connectivity problems.
- Respond to support tickets and inquiries in a timely and professional manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain documentation such as knowledge base documentation, and training materials to empower end-users to resolve common issues independently.
- Security Management
- Implement and maintain security measures to protect the organization's IT systems and data from unauthorized access, breaches, and cyber threats.
- Develop and enforce IT security policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
- System Administration
- Administer user accounts, permissions, and access levels across various systems and applications.
- Manage software licenses and ensure compliance with licensing agreements.
- Perform regular backups and disaster recovery procedures to safeguard critical data and ensure business continuity.
- Technology Evaluation and Planning
- Research and evaluate new technologies, tools, and solutions to improve the organization's IT infrastructure and operations.
- Collaborate with other IT team members and stakeholders to develop IT strategies, roadmaps, and budgets.
- Participate in the planning and implementation of IT projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- With at least 3 years minimum relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or any related field.
- Proven experience as a Systems Administrator or similar role.
- Experience in M365 suite administration, Microsoft Entra ID, Azure, MDM (Intune), Autopilot and AWS services and google workspaces.
- Scripting skills such as PowerShell, Bash, and command line.
- Windows Server deployment, storage services, administration, backup and recovery solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of IT systems, including hardware, software, networking, and security principles.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA), M365 Certified Endpoint Administrator Associate, Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), are a plus.
