The Site Quantity Surveyor is responsible for the processing of the billings to and claims against the Customer, the evaluation of the Subcontractor billings, and the monitoring of project costs against budget to ensure profitability of the project.
  • Supervises Lay-out and leveling;
  • Establishes building control, Horizontal (Grid lines) and vertical (every floor elevations);
  • Performs Hydrographic surveys.
  • Establishes benchmarks for road and highway for construction.
  • Drafts plans for field supervision.
  • Coordinates with project engineer and architect regarding problem with building dimensions; and
  • Coordinates with trade-con for the installation of utilities and fixtures.
