Reviews ER/IR implementations of more junior HRBPS to ensure high quality of executions. Implements & Reviews HR process together with CoEs to ensure likelihood of success of implementation, Mentors/Coaches other HR's in handling, responding to, and closing the grievance/complaints within the company.
