They are experiencing rapid growth, and as a result, are excited to announce the establishment of a new Sales Representative position.As a Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through increasing sales within their current customer base and acquiring new business opportunities across the North Island. Our client is dedicated to providing top-notch service to their customers, fostering strong relationships, and driving growth in the market.Key Responsibilities:

Focus on sales development in the North Island; potential for expansion into additional territories over time.
Plan clear call schedules; utilize CRM to organize and track all sales information.
Analyse the market to develop strategies for maximising market share.
Develop innovative in-store marketing strategies and campaigns to drive sales opportunities.
Form strong relationships with all customers; identify sales opportunities; increase overall sales.
Take ownership of the role and demonstrate self-motivation.
Provide regular reports during monthly meetings.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in sales or a related field preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
