You will need a full driver's license, be comfortable driving a large van and have your own transport for local travel.As a Hato Hone St John Mental Health First Aid Tutor you will deliver Mental Health First Aid courses within workplaces, to our key customers, and to the general public throughout our community.Preferably you will hold or be working towards a qualification in mental health and well-being. Workshop facilitation experience is desired, as well as a qualification in adult education (but not a dealbreaker as we can put you through this qualification).We seek an individual with a powerful desire to create positive and transformative learning opportunities to enhance the lives of individuals, whānau, organisations and communities. Our Tutors have a passion for the delivery of high-quality training, in a way that engages attendees and produces excellent outcomes for our customers.We deliver courses 7 days a week. The flexibility of a casual role is that it can work around your schedule. To conquer the course requirements and travel that will be occasionally required in this role, you will need to be available outside of the typical 9-5 grind.
