SASMAR is currently seeking a motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team. With our headquarters based in Brussels, Belgium, and operations in Sydney, Hong Kong, Mumbai, Malta, London, and Chicago, we are a fast-growing pharmaceutical company that specializes in personal care and fertility products, including our renowned Conceive Plus brand. Our products are distributed in over 70 countries through various channels such as supermarkets, clinics, hospitals, pharmacies, and drugstores.As a Key Account Manager at SASMAR, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with key accounts and strategic partners. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.At SASMAR, we value diversity and believe in providing equal opportunities to all employees.Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop relationships with key accounts and strategic partners.
  • Negotiate and close sales agreements to achieve revenue targets.
  • Understand and address customer needs and requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Operations, to ensure customer satisfaction and successful order fulfillment.
  • Analyze market trends and competitors' activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to track performance.
  • Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities within key accounts.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions.
  • Participate in strategic planning discussions and contribute to the company's overall growth strategy.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in key account management or sales, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to understand and meet customer needs and requirements.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze market trends and customer data.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • Strong strategic thinking and decision-making abilities.
