- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to track performance.
- Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities within key accounts.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions.
- Participate in strategic planning discussions and contribute to the company's overall growth strategy.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- Proven experience in key account management or sales, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to understand and meet customer needs and requirements.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze market trends and customer data.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to travel as needed.
