Accounts & Payroll Executive

• Administer the credit management of the company.
• Administration of the payroll function.
• Adherence to the group reporting.
• Banking relationships.
• Ensure smooth and efficient month-end closing.
• Work permit administration (onboarding, disconnect, and compliance.)
• Support the preparation of financial statements and other periodic statutory reporting.
• Continuous evaluation of internal processes and control ensuring compliance.
• Support in any other ad hoc matters as or may be required by management.

• Proven work experience within a finance function, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• Proficiency in MS Office, with advanced skills in Excel, and experience working with ERP systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to streamline functions with a passion for learning and growth.
• Strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, and as part of a team.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, handle pressure, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Fluent in English and Maltese.
