RubyPlay is currently looking for a Product Compliance Analyst who will support the delivery of projects related to upcoming and existing markets.
The successful candidate will be part of the Product Compliance team and take a very important role in the mission of ensuring that our products are compliant for all the jurisdictions where RubyPlay already operates or has set plans to do so in 2024 and the years ahead.What will you be responsible for?
  • Execution of tasks related to the product certification and game portfolio across all the Regulated Markets while supporting the Product Compliance function in all aspects of the B2B model.
  • Maintenance of all documentation and product compliance database containing technical requirements and other regulated markets information.
  • Working in collaboration with the Head of Product Compliance on required areas within the department.
  • Collaboration with Product, Regulatory Compliance, Legal, Delivery, QA & other departments/ teams or external parties such as testing houses when applicable.
  • Support the internal teams with replies to product compliance queries and incidents’ resolution.
  • Ownership of the distributors and platform providers processes by providing all the necessary certification and ensuring that all requirements have been met for the specific regulated markets.
  • Be highly involved in audit activities related to all Product/ Technical Compliance matters.
  • Constantly promote a compliance culture within the organization.
  • Assist with other ad-hoc compliance-related tasks when required.
What do we expect from our perfect candidate?
  • At least 2 years of experience in Certification or Compliance / Technical Compliance departments including audit processes and technical regulations in multiple jurisdictions
  • Technical knowledge and experience to work comfortably with systems workflows alongside other analysts and developers
  • An enthusiastic team player with strong relationship management and communication skills
  • High attention to detail and open to feedback
  • Fluent in English
Nice to have:
  • Experience working with Quality Assurance - games and platform testing
  • Advanced knowledge of JIRA, Confluence and Monday.com
