- Provide general administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the office.
- Assist in managing office supplies, equipment, and maintenance.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism and courtesy.
- Act as a liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Organize and maintain office files, records, and documentation.
- Assist in the preparation and formatting of reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
- Assist in organizing company events and meetings.
- Accurate and timely data entry into relevant databases.
- Assist in maintaining and updating company databases.
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Coordinate visitor access and ensure a positive experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Good financial understanding.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an administrative or executive support role.
