The Technical Support Executive will be responsible for providing timely and effective technical support to our customers. They will troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining a high level of customer service. The Technical Support Executive will also provide analytical support, gather customer feedback, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product performance. Qualifications Strong analytical skills Good MS Excel is preferred Excellent customer support and technical support experience Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues Exceptional customer service skills Ability to effectively communicate technical information to customers Knowledge of relevant software systems and tools Experience in the technology industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in a related field
