Responsibilities: Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and welcoming manner. Manage and maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and well-organized. Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails to the appropriate team members. Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and conference rooms. Handle office correspondence, including sorting and distributing mail. Maintain office supplies and ensure inventory levels are adequate. Assist with travel arrangements and accommodations for employees when needed. Assist in the preparation of documents, presentations, and reports as requested. Collaborate with the HR department on administrative tasks related to employee onboarding and record-keeping. Assist in coordinating office events, celebrations, and activities.
