Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Telecaller at Moris Media. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective clients, promoting our services, and generating leads. You will also handle incoming calls, provide information about our offerings, and address customer inquiries. The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with potential clients. Qualifications Strong verbal communication skills Previous experience in telemarketing or sales Ability to persuade and influence others Excellent customer service skills Ability to work independently and remotely Experience in the PR & Digital Marketing industry is a plus Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and platforms Fluency in multiple languages is advantageous
