Team Development Develop & Coach front line team Recruit for right talent and ensure no vacancy exists in market Process Adherence Adhere to sales operating procedures Provide timely and accurate required MIS. Effective and efficient utilization of trade spends and manpower budget. Maintain hygiene in market.
