Job Overview We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Field Sales Manager to join our team at Piegon Media Pvt Ltd. As a Field Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by acquiring new clients and managing existing client relationships. This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a deep understanding of the digital marketing and IT services industry. Qualifications And Skills Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field 1-3 years of experience in field sales or a similar role Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients Good understanding of digital marketing and IT services Self-motivated and goal-oriented Proficient in MS Office and CRM software Willingness to travel within the assigned territory Roles and Responsibilites Identify New Sales leads. Must have laptop ( Optional) and own vehicle Field Sales Prospect for new Clients by networking. Cold Calling. Identify potential Clients, and the decision makers within the Client organization. Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings. Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the Company. Set up meetings between Client decision makers and Companys practice leaders/Principals. Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the clients needs, concerns, and objectives. Participate in pricing the solution/service. Forecast sales, develop out of the box sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness. Evaluate customers skills, needs and build productive long lasting relationships. Should provide a concise description of the services to the customers and also drawing attention to the benefits of the available services. Manage multiple accounts simultaneously Represent the brand during all customer and prospect interactions
