Measuring performance of the team Qualifications and Skills :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Knowledge of IT systems and software development life cycle. Experience with data analysis and reporting tools. Proficiency in project management methodologies.
